  • Garlic: Fresh minced yields the best flavor, but ½ teaspoon garlic powder works as well.

Mince the garlic very fine or press is through a garlic press. Add it to the cup of an immersion blender along with the oregano, basil, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar and lemon juice.
