So one option to make mornings easier for yourself is to do intermittent fasting and start eating around lunch-time.
If that sounds too horrific to consider, then how about a fat filled Keto coffee instead for breakfast? If you don’t drink coffee, then don’t worry, you can drink a Keto tea instead.
How To Make An Easy Breakfast Bowl:
- Cut strips of bacon into pieces and slice onion up as well. Place frozen cauliflower rice bag in the microwave and drain excess water when its finished.
- With the pan on medium high heat, begin to crisp bacon and after the bacon has released some fat into the pan toss in onions to caramelize.
- Once bacon and onions have a great color to them toss in cauliflower rice. Season with salt and pepper. Then toss butter on top and continue to mix everything together.
- Cauliflower rice will absorb all the bacon fat in the pan so no need to drain. Cook for about 3-5 minutes and remove from heat.
- Scramble or fry your eggs however you like and top the dish off with them. Sunny side up seemed to work the best but scrambled is always super easy.

Here I use the bacon fat in the pan to sauté the cauliflower rice. The cauliflower rice absorbs all the bacons flavor. Then, is topped off with butter to produce a slight creamy texture to the overall dish. We are talking a fat bomb breakfast. Who wouldve thought?
Ingredients For Deviled Eggs:
For these bacon deviled eggs, youll need a few ingredients that are a bit outside the norm.
Youll start with 6 hard boiled eggs. Peel them and slice them in half.
Pop the yolks out and add them to a small bowl with mayonnaise, mustard, dill, salt, pepper, freshly grated cheddar, and crispy, crumbled bacon.
You can definitely use the packages of bacon bits that normally go on salads here, but freshly fried and crumbled bacon is 10x better. I understand being short on time and needing to speed things up though.
I dont add onion or relish to this recipe, but you can if you like.
Personally, we all think that the smokiness of the bacon combined with the cheddar really makes these eggs special and the onion and relish would detract from that. You do you, though.
